Bankbazaar.com is the worst website. I had experienced in real life. the services and support provided by this website are not proper. they delay your works.The information or the content in the website is not truly furnished. I have applied a credit care in bankbazaar 2 months ago

while applying card they promise to give amazon gift voucher worth 1500, now already 2 months gone when every I ask customer care via email or over phone everybody will give reason from their default template "We understand your concern and would like to inform you that your issue has been highlighted to the concern team. We will revert to you with appropriate resolution" this will be their default answer what ever u raise in your support ticker .nothing will move on further.   for the past two months I'm getting same reply from bank bazaar, now one step good thing is now a days they never reply to your support ticket what ever you raised.

Once you received the credit card from the bank, They stopped called and refused to give any kind of coupons. They are frauding people, putting false information on their website and make us fool. My personal advise guys - if you need a loan/card are any service better go to a bank but NEVER EVER trade with Bank Bazaar - They are nothing but FRAUD! plus you don't even know that sensitive information like your PAN number etc is safe with them. I had this experience so I want to save anyone who is considering bank bazaar.

Pathetic Service!

I have face the same issue, where i have applied for the card and was promised 1500 Amazon gift voucher, but the card was not approved till the deadline, and once it crossed the deadline on the very next day card was approved.

Bank Bazar is the worst service provider, they are making false commitment. Please don't apply from bank bazar, they are just making money by giving all false and fake information

Very rightly said. Even I am waiting since last 2 months. They have stopped reacting. Is there any ways to escalate this issue???

call to customer care and ask them that you need to talk to supervisor if she also says same story just say that u need to talk to manager since your service is very poor like that esculate. then only they will take action

The Customer Care number is not reachable. I have tried many times. Do you know any other which we can try to connect.

Same with me, I received the card but still waiting for Amazon voucher.

same happen with me. i took home loan and they promised to give Amazon voucher worth 5000 and now m still waiting for last one month .

Same thing with me as well. No voucher. I think bank bazar/ paisa bazar and policy bazar are all to cheat customers. Just inform all your friends not to do any dealings with these sites. They are fooling ppl for their benefit.

I also received link for Rs. 500 Voucher of Amazon but not able to get credited in my amazon account. I think it seems fake.

I have also been following up for the 1000 amazon credit card voucher but no response. Seems like a well determined ploy by Bankbazaar to lure people in.

Yup!! Doing the same with me. Receiving a response from them takes up all the energy and time. It takes them more than a month to respond and my Amazon vouchers worth 5000 are still pending. they are giving baseless excuses to deter me.
