Hi Team,

I have applied a loan through your portal. My loan is under process since last 10 days . I would get the loan or not is not concern right now. My concern is YOUR WRONG FALSE FAKE COMMITMENT TO THE CUSTOMER ON YOUR PORTAL.

your portal says approval in 1 day and your executives also tell the same while collecting all information on the first call. I would like to request and suggest to remove this asap OR I WILL BE FORCE TO WRITE TO CONSUMER FORUM FOR GIVING WRONG INFORMATION PUBLICALLY.

Please don't ignore this as I really very serious on this topic. Getting a loan or not is person financial credibility but giving false information is where you guys are wrong. People please support me as much as you can and I will get this rectified to my fullest power

Same thing happened to me as well. 

Bank bazaar is known for Fake/False promises/commitments. Never do any dealing with bank bazaar.

They do not have a policy that they follow. False promises and shitty customer service is all they can offer.

Absolute shithole this company is!!!

I also took a HDFC credit card and while taking this card it was communicated that there will no annual charges for this card but later Rs1000 added as annual fees and I have to pay that. 

Same here.. Last week I just searched somewhere about Personal loan and Bank bazaar team got that lead and started calling me 100 times. Fed up with their Calls - Hello we are calling from Bank Bazaar - thery were completely pressurizing me to apply for loan saying in couple of hrs is gets activated - in 24 hrs you will get loan these are the jargons they used while speaking now its been a week time - not even 1 call for status update.  Even if you reject my loan I am happy about it.  But you shuld update something to your customer right.  What the hell you think of customer? I ve sent so many mails to their support mail id they close the ticket for themselves and say that they have closed the customer issue.  I am looking for fund for medical reason and these stupid people are playing wit my emotions.
